Humphrey Law Heath Socks® do not have tight, circulation reducing tops. A Humphrey Law Health Sock® does not need an elastic top to stop it falling down, because it is knitted tighter at the ankle than the top to match the natural taper of your leg.
They are described on the label as "No Elastic" in styles that use the synthetic fibre for stretch. In styles containing elastomeric for stretch the label description is "No Tight Elastic". The No Elastic styles have the lowest possible leg and foot pressure as the stretch is obtained from the synthetic fibre - not elastomeric.
